Job summary
Lyric seeks a Client Engagement Manager (Post-Pay), Specialist to lead client partnerships and translate payer needs into implementable requirements across the full lifecycle. You will guide discovery, design, testing, go-live, hypercare, and ongoing support with expertise in COB, data mining, DRG, and chart reviews.
You will collaborate with Implementation, Go-to Market, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations to configure and adopt Lyric Replay products while ensuring client objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare, business, or related field.
- 7+ years in healthcare payment integrity or payer operations.
- 5+ years leading client-facing healthcare implementations.
- Expert knowledge of post-payment payment integrity domains.
- Ability to elicit and validate complex requirements across teams.
- Experience with process flows, user stories, data specs, and traceability.
Responsibilities
- Lead client discovery, design, and implementation governance across lifecycle.
- Translate needs into detailed requirements and workflows with clarity.
- Maintain RAID and decision logs; drive risk, issues, and dependencies to resolution.
- Serve as liaison among clients, product, engineering, and operations.
- Define test scenarios and support readiness, go-live, and hypercare.
- Ensure adoption, stabilization, and ongoing client success post go-live.
