Job summary

Lyric is seeking a Client Engagement Manager (Post-Pay) to lead payer implementations, translate client needs into clear, testable requirements, and drive adoption from design through go-live and ongoing support. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, information systems, data analytics, project management, or related field.
• 7+ years in healthcare payment integrity, payer operations, or related field.
• 5+ years leading complex client-facing healthcare implementations or workstreams.
• Expert knowledge of post-payment payment integrity (COB, data mining, DRG, coding, recovery, appeals).
• Ability to elicit, document, validate, and obtain approval for complex requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary payment integrity implementation lead and day-to-day point of contact for assigned payer clients.
• Lead discovery sessions, working meetings, demonstrations, status reviews, and executive-ready updates.
• Build trusted relationships with client leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Set clear expectations, confirm ownership and due dates, and communicate changes promptly.
• Advise clients on implementation choices, workflow design, and scope-aligned solutions.
• Own end-to-end requirements lifecycle, documentation, traceability, and change control.
