Lyric is a trusted leader in healthcare decision intelligence. We seek a Client Engagement Manager (Post-Pay) to translate payer needs into complete requirements and drive implementation across discovery, design, testing, go-live and stabilization.

You will lead client partnerships, govern requirements, and ensure data-driven outcomes with Lyric Replay across COB, DRG, coding and validation processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare administration, business, information systems, data analytics or related field.
• 7+ years in healthcare payment integrity, payer claims operations or related areas.
• 5+ years leading complex client-facing healthcare implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client relationships and drive discovery, design, and implementation across lifecycle.
• Own requirements lifecycle, documentation, validation, and approval workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deploy and support Lyric Replay product suites.
• Ensure data and workflow alignment with client contracts and business outcomes.
