Job summary

Lyric is seeking a Client Engagement Manager (Post-Pay) to be the trusted, client-facing lead across the full implementation lifecycle, translating payer needs into clear requirements and coordinating with product, engineering, and operations. You will own requirements governance, drive adoption of Lyric Replay products, manage risks and decisions, and ensure successful go-lives with post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, information systems, data analytics, project management, or a related field.
• Minimum seven years of progression in healthcare payment integrity or related field.
• Minimum five years leading complex, client-facing healthcare implementations or workstreams.
• Expert-level knowledge of post-payment payment integrity across COB, data mining, DRG review, coding or chart review.
• Demonstrated ability to elicit, analyze, document, validate, and obtain approval for complex business and technical requirements.
• Experience partnering with Business Analysts to develop process flows, user stories, and data specifications.
• Excellent facilitation, written communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 20 percent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary payment integrity implementation lead and day-to-day contact for assigned payer clients.
• Lead discovery sessions, working meetings, demonstrations, status reviews, and executive-ready updates.
• Build trusted relationships with client leaders, SMEs, project managers, data/tech teams, and operational users.
• Set clear expectations, confirm ownership and due dates, and communicate changes promptly.
• Advise clients on implementation choices, workflow design, and scope alignment with contracts.
• Own end-to-end requirements lifecycle, documentation, traceability, and approval.
• Partner with the Business Analyst to translate needs into requirements, data specs, and configurations.
• Maintain authoritative artifacts including requirements, mappings, RAID logs, and training materials.
• Ensure outcomes are accurate, defensible, scalable, and auditable.
• Coordinate milestones and dependencies across discovery, design, configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercare.
• Lead testing readiness, go-live, and post-go-live support, driving adoption and stabilization.
