Job summary

Lyric is seeking a Client Engagement Manager (Post-Pay) to serve as the primary client-facing lead translating payer needs into concrete requirements across the full implementation lifecycle.

You will own requirements discovery, artifact governance, and cross-functional coordination with product, engineering, analytics, and operations to ensure health plan goals are met. This role requires deep knowledge of post-payment integrity and data workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, information systems, data analytics, project management, or a related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum of seven years in healthcare payment integrity, payer claims operations, or related fields.
• At least five years leading complex, client-facing healthcare implementations from discovery to post-go-live.
• Expert knowledge of post-payment payment integrity domains (COB, DRG, coding or chart review).
• Ability to elicit and validate complex requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead client partnership and implementation governance across discovery, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Own end‑to‑end requirements lifecycle, traceability, and approvals with cross‑functional teams.
• Advise clients on workflow design and tradeoffs while maintaining scope and outcomes.
• Coordinate RAID logs, decisions, risks, and dependencies to drive timely resolution.
• Lead testing readiness, go-live activities, and post-go-live adoption and stabilization.
