Job summary

Lyric is seeking a Client Engagement Manager (Post-Pay), Specialist to lead payer client implementations, translate needs into clear requirements, and drive adoption of Lyric Replay product suites across billing, coding, and data workflows.

You will own requirements across discovery, design, configuration, testing, go-live, hypercare, and post-go-live support, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure contract scope and client outcomes are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, information systems, data analytics, project management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of seven (7) years in healthcare payment integrity, payer claims ops, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years leading complex, client-facing healthcare implementations.
• Expert knowledge of post-payment payment integrity domains (COB, data mining, DRG review, coding, etc.).
• Experience eliciting, documenting, validating, and obtaining approval for complex requirements.
• Experience developing process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, data specs, and traceability.
• Ability to explain sophisticated workflows to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary payment integrity implementation lead and client contact.
• Lead discovery sessions, working meetings, demos, status reviews, decision forums, and executive updates.
• Build trusted relationships with client leaders, SMEs, PMs, data and tech teams, and operational users.
• Set expectations, confirm ownership, due dates, and communicate changes promptly.
• Advise on implementation choices, workflow design, and tradeoffs aligned with scope and outcomes.
• Own end-to-end requirements lifecycle, documentation, traceability, validation, and change control.
• Document data requirements, mappings, and configuration decisions with client and Lyric teams.
• Maintain implementation artifacts and ensure changes are tracked and approved.
• Provide expert knowledge of post-payment processes and Lyric Replay products.
• Collaborate across teams to configure, deploy, and drive product adoption.
• Lead data discovery, mapping, and validation for claims, member, eligibility, and related data.
• Ensure data requirements reflect intended workflows and are approved.
• Coordinate milestones and governance across all phases from discovery to go-live and hypercare.
• Maintain RAID and decision logs and drive risk/issue resolution.
• Ensure client and internal teams have clear status and next steps.
• Remain a knowledgeable resource post-go-live to support adoption and optimization.
