Lyric is seeking a Client Engagement Manager (Post-Pay) to drive payer implementations from discovery through go-live and ongoing support. You will translate payer needs into actionable requirements, own artifact governance, and partner across product, engineering, data, and operations to ensure successful adoption of Lyric Replay products.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or equivalent in healthcare administration, business, information systems, data analytics, project management, or related field.
• Minimum of seven years in healthcare payment integrity, payer claims operations, or related field.
• Five years leading complex, client-facing healthcare implementations or workstreams.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary payment integrity implementation lead and day-to-day contact for assigned payer clients.
• Lead discovery sessions, working meetings, demonstrations, status reviews, and executive-ready updates.
• Own end-to-end requirements lifecycle, documentation, traceability, and change control.
• Partner with Business Analyst to translate client needs into requirements, process flows, user stories, and data specifications.
• Coordinate cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities with cross-functional teams.
