Job summary

Lyric is a trusted leader in healthcare decision intelligence, delivering real-time insights across claims workflows. We seek a Client Engagement Manager (Post-Pay) to lead requirements discovery, artifact governance, and cross-functional alignment from design through go-live and ongoing support.

The candidate will own end-to-end requirements, partner with analysts and product teams, and ensure adherence to scope, data quality, and client outcomes in a remote US setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare admin, business, IS, data analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in healthcare payment integrity or related field.
• Minimum 5 years leading complex client-facing healthcare implementations.
• Expert knowledge of post-payment payment integrity across COB, data mining, DRG, coding, or chart review.
• Ability to elicit, analyze, document, validate, and obtain approval for complex requirements.
• Experience with business analysts to develop process flows, user stories, data specs, and traceability.
• Understanding of healthcare claims data domains, mapping, and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary payment integrity implementation lead for assigned payer clients.
• Lead discovery sessions, working meetings, demonstrations, and executive updates.
• Build trusted relationships with client leaders and operational users.
• Set clear expectations, owners, due dates, and communicate changes promptly.
• Advise clients on implementation choices while aligning with scope and outcomes.
• Maintain the authoritative set of implementation artifacts and change controls.
