Job summary

Lyric in the United States seeks a Client Engagement Manager (Post-Pay) to lead payer client engagements, translate needs into actionable requirements, and guide projects from design through go-live and stabilization.

You will own requirements lifecycle, coordinate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations, and ensure solutions meet contract scope, client outcomes, and compliance. This role is remote for US-based applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field with healthcare or technology focus.
• 7+ years in healthcare payment integrity, payer operations, or related implementations.
• 5+ years leading client-facing healthcare implementations or workstreams.
• Expert knowledge of post-payment payment integrity domains (COB, DRG, coding, recovery).
• Ability to elicit, document, validate, and obtain approval for complex requirements.
• Experience translating client needs into process flows, user stories, and data specs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client engagement lead for assigned payer clients.
• Lead discovery, meetings, demonstrations, and executive updates.
• Build trusted client relationships with stakeholders and teams.
• Own end-to-end requirements lifecycle and governance artifacts.
• Coordinate across product, engineering, data, QA, and operations to deploy solutions.
