Job summary

Lyric is seeking a Client Engagement Manager (Post-Pay), Specialist to lead payer client implementations from discovery through go-live and beyond. You will own requirements, data mappings, and cross-functional coordination with product, engineering, and operations to ensure clear, auditable outcomes.

This remote, full-time role requires expert knowledge of post-payment integrity, COB, DRG, and reimbursement challenges, plus strong stakeholder management and communication skills to keep clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, information systems, data analytics, project management, or a related field.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of healthcare payment integrity, payer claims operations, or related experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years leading complex, client-facing healthcare implementations or workstreams.
• Expert-level knowledge of post-payment payment integrity across COB, data mining, DRG review, and coding.
• Ability to elicit, document, validate, and obtain approval for complex requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and client updates with payer clients.
• Own end-to-end requirements lifecycle, documentation, and approvals.
• Translate client needs into detailed requirements, process flows, user stories, and data specs.
• Coordinate implementation milestones across discovery, design, configuration, and testing.
• Ensure readiness, go-live, hypercare, and post-go-live support with clients.
