Job summary

Lyric is seeking a Client Engagement Manager (Post-Pay) to lead client-facing work across the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery through go-live and hypercare. You will translate payer needs into clear requirements and manage cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, and operations.

You will own requirements governance, data discovery, and testing readiness, ensuring auditable outcomes and strong client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, information systems, data analytics, project management, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of seven years in healthcare payment integrity, payer claims operations, or related field.
• Five years leading complex client-facing healthcare implementations from discovery through go-live.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary payment integrity implementation lead for assigned payer clients.
• Lead discovery sessions, meetings, demonstrations, and executive-ready updates.
• Maintain the RAID log, decision log, and ensure timely decisions and ownership.
