Job summary

Lyric is hiring a Client Engagement Manager (Post-Pay), a senior, client-facing leader who translates payer needs into actionable requirements across the full implementation lifecycle.

You will own requirements discovery, artifacts, client communications, and governance from design through go-live, hypercare, and ongoing support. Expect close collaboration with Implementation, Go-to Market, Product, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Seven+ years in healthcare payment integrity or related implementation roles.
• Five+ years leading complex, client-facing healthcare implementations end-to-end.
• Expert knowledge of post-payment payment integrity (COB, data mining, DRG review, coding/chart review).
• Ability to elicit, analyze, document, validate, and obtain approval for complex requirements.
• Experience partnering with BAs and technical teams on data specs and traceability.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary implementation lead for assigned payer clients.
• Lead discovery sessions, demonstrations, status reviews, and executive updates.
• Build trusted relationships with client leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Set expectations, track ownership, and communicate changes promptly.
• Advise clients on design choices while aligning with contracted scope.
