Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Post-acute Wound Healing Specialist to educate clinicians, drive adoption of Solventum solutions, and expand therapy utilization across a remote, sales-focused territory.

You will consult with clinicians on safe product use, provide bedside support for dressing changes, and work with prescribers to initiate orders while ensuring proper billing documentation. Up to 20% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 2 years sales/clinical experience, or High School Diploma with 4 years related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clinicians on safe and effective use of Solventum products.
• Provide outpatient bedside support for product placement and dressing changes.
• Drive sustainable business growth through account and territory management.
• Identify and solve customer financial and clinical priorities.
• Educate clinicians on safe and effective use of Solventum products, including inservicing.
• Partner with prescribers to initiate therapy orders and secure billing documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders.
• Advocate for therapy adoption using clinical and economic evidence.
• Represent Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums.
