Job summary

Solventum seeks a Post-acute Wound Healing Specialist to educate clinicians, drive adoption of Solventum solutions, and support therapy utilization in a field-based, remote role with travel up to 20%.

You will educate clinicians, manage accounts and territories, and help ensure proper documentation for therapy authorization while building relationships with key stakeholders across healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 2 years of sales, clinical, or related experience, or a high school diploma with 4 years of sales, clinical, or related experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clinicians on safe and effective use of Solventum products.
• Provide outpatient bedside support for product placement and dressing changes.
• Drive sales targets through account and territory management.
• Educate clinicians on therapy options and secure needed billing documentation.
