Solventum is seeking a Post-acute Wound Healing Specialist to educate clinicians, drive therapy adoption, and manage post-acute care decisions in a remote role based in Indianapolis, IN. You will consult on wound care products, support outpatient dressing changes, and pursue growth through territory management while aligning with billing documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher AND 2 years of sales and/or clinical experience required.
• High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of sales and/or clinical experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.
• Current, valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Consult clinicians on safe and effective use of Solventum products.
• Provide outpatient bedside support for product placement and dressing changes.
• Drive sustainable growth through account and territory management and achieve sales targets.
• Build relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders and advocate for product adoption.
