Job summary

Solventum seeks an Acute Wound Healing Specialist to join our team in a remote-capable, field-based role with up to 20% travel. You will educate clinicians, drive adoption of Solventum wound care solutions, and coordinate patient transitions of care, while building relationships with hospital decision makers.

You will operate with a consultative mindset, delivering growth by expanding therapy utilization and meeting sales targets through territory management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 2 years of sales and/or clinical experience.
• High School Diploma/GED from AND 4 years of sales and/or clinical experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clinicians on safe and effective use of Solventum products.
• Routinely attending procedures and placements in the hospital care setting.
• Delivering sustainable business growth based on sales targets through account and territory management.
• Identifying and solving customer financial & clinical priorities.
• Educating clinicians on the safe and effective use of Solventum products, including servicing.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders.
• Using clinical and economic evidence to advocate for and grow therapy adoption.
