Job summary

Solventum, a healthcare company focused on improving outcomes, seeks a Post-acute Wound Healing Specialist. You will educate clinicians, drive therapy adoption, and support post-acute decision makers with Solventum solutions to improve patient care.

You will consult on safe product use, support therapy placement and drive account growth across a territory, including remote work with field travel up to 20%. A strong clinical and sales background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher plus 2 years of sales/clinical experience or High School diploma/GED plus 4 years of sales/clinical experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clinicians on safe and effective use of Solventum products.
• Provide outpatient bedside support for product placement and dressing changes.
• Drive sales growth through account and territory management.
• Educate clinicians and secure required billing documentation.
• Build relationships with clinical and economic stakeholders and advocate for solutions.
