Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Post-Acute Wound Healing Specialist to educate clinicians, drive adoption of Solventum solutions, and ensure proper documentation for therapy authorization. You will consult with clinicians, support product placement, and manage therapy utilization across post-acute settings.

This remote field-based role covers Eastern Washington, Northern Idaho and Western Montana, with up to 20% overnight travel. Compensation ranges from $104,800 to $144,100 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 2+ years sales/clinical experience.
• High school diploma with 4+ years sales/clinical experience.
• Experience using a CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clinicians on safe, effective use of Solventum products.
• Provide outpatient bedside support for product placement and dressings.
• Drive sustainable growth via territory management and sales targets.
• Identify and solve customer financial and clinical priorities.
• Educate clinicians on therapy usage and invoicing procedures.
• Collaborate with prescribers to initiate orders and gather billing docs.
• Build relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders.
• Advocate for adoption using clinical and economic evidence.
