Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Acute Wound Healing Specialist to educate clinicians, drive adoption of Solventum solutions, and coordinate patient transitions of care. You will consult with hospital wound care decision makers, attend procedures, and manage territory growth while leveraging clinical and economic evidence to expand therapy adoption.

This remote role supports patients and clinicians, with travel up to 20% and a requirement for a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 2 years of sales/clinical experience
• Or high school diploma with 4 years of sales/clinical experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Current, valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Routinely consult with clinicians on safe use of Solventum products
• Attend procedures and placements in hospital care settings
• Deliver growth through account and territory management
• Identify and solve customer financial & clinical priorities
• Educate clinicians on product use, including inservicing
• Build and maintain relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders
• Advocate for therapy adoption with clinical and economic evidence
• Persuade stakeholders to support proposed solutions
• Provide customer support and service
• Demonstrate proficiency after successful sales training
• Use company software for planning, pipeline management
• Represent Solventum at conferences, trade shows
