Openkrill is seeking a Technical Support Representative for the night shift in a fully remote role. You will diagnose and repair POS hardware and software for retail locations, install new hardware, and guide store staff through troubleshooting.

You must have your own Windows device with dual monitors and a reliable wired internet connection. Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work independently are essential; the position offers hourly pay and remote flexibility.

Competenze

• Proven experience replacing, configuring, and setting up new hardware and software.
• Strong understanding of POS hardware (including peripherals).
• Proficient in electronic troubleshooting at the board level, capable of repairing terminals, computers, and peripherals.

Mansioni

• Provide comprehensive support, repair, and assistance to retail locations regarding POS software and hardware issues.
• Repair and maintain equipment including POS terminals, scanners/scales, printers, drawers, monitors, keyboards, and computers, plus their software.
• Assist in setup and installation of new hardware and POS-related software.
• Troubleshoot core system remote devices.
