North Hospitality is seeking a POS Technical Support Specialist II to assist clients with hardware/software/network questions related to POS systems such as Oracle Simphony. This is a remote role requiring an evening shift and one weekend shift per week.

You will fulfill hardware orders, configure devices, route tickets, perform POS data entry and inventory tracking, and support the deployment process to ensure accurate, timely service for our merchants.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience in call center support of Oracle Simphony.
• 2+ years experience in technical customer service.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong general knowledge of computers.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients operating in Oracle Simphony and other POS systems with hardware/software/network questions.
• Fulfill incoming hardware orders and configure hardware.
• Route tickets and calls to appropriate team members as needed.
• Perform POS data entry tasks and hardware swaps.
• File electronic documents and ensure stored information is accurate and complete.
• Assist team members in tracking all inventory, including RMAs.
