Military, Veterans and Diverse Job Seekers is seeking a Technical Support Agent for an overnight remote role. This entry-level position offers room for growth within the organization, with emphasis on customer service, problem solving, and technical support for POS hardware and software.

You will work Friday to Tuesday, 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, and contribute to knowledge management while following defined procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Helpdesk experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Typing and basic Windows knowledge required.
• Networking experience is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide first level problem solving for POS hardware and software and other products.
• Utilize service management systems gathering and maintaining service incident data.
• Contribute to the KCS knowledge management system and follow ISO 9000 procedures.
• Work varied shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime as required.
• Work in a team environment focused on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Handle customer service administrative tasks and process customer part requests.
