Job summary
Covenant Consulting is seeking a Systems Admin / Field Technician to remotely configure POS terminals, kiosks, and PIN pads after third-party installation, with on-site support in select markets as needed. You will travel regionally and work with theatre staff to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications
- Experience configuring POS terminals, kiosks, and PIN pads remotely after third-party installation.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors and IT project managers for device refresh deployments.
- Comfort communicating with non-technical theatre staff and scheduling installation windows.
Responsibilities
- Remotely configure POS terminals, kiosks, and PIN pads after installation.
- Provide local on-site installation and configuration support where coverage is limited.
- Verify functionality: GUI, peripherals, network, payment processing after install.
