Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a Portfolio Executive to lead a Midwest utility-scale solar PV and BESS portfolio. You will drive profitability, build teams, and strengthen partnerships while coordinating self-perform and subcontracted delivery across multiple projects.

You will oversee PM teams, define execution strategies, and mentor staff, with up to 50% travel and relocation assistance to Scottsdale available.

Qualifications

• EPC experience covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility for large portfolios or business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-project portfolio, including budget, forecast and financial outcomes.
• Oversee Project Managers and Senior Project Managers delivering PV and BESS projects through self-perform and subcontracted execution models.
• Set portfolio construction execution strategy across self-perform and subcontracted scopes.
• Cultivate long-term customer partnerships and drive repeat business.
• Lead enterprise-scale transformation initiatives to improve delivery performance and cost competitiveness.
• Mentor team members and develop high-impact performers.
