Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a Portfolio Executive to lead a multi-project solar PV and energy storage portfolio across the Midwest. You will drive profitable growth, build high-performing teams, and strengthen customer partnerships while advancing self-perform and subcontracted delivery strategies.

This role may be based in Scottsdale, AZ or remote within the Midwest, with up to 50% travel and relocation assistance to Scottsdale. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• EPC experience with full project lifecycle and complex portfolios.
• Proven P&L responsibility for large portfolios or business units.
• Strong leadership of PM teams and mentoring capability.
• Experience negotiating contracts with customers and subcontractors.
• Ability to drive strategic improvements and digitization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L for a multi-project portfolio and manage budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee multiple PMs delivering PV and BESS projects via self-perform and subcontracted models.
• Set portfolio construction strategy aligning cost, schedule, and risk.
• Cultivate customer partnerships and drive repeat business.
• Lead enterprise-wide transformation to improve delivery performance and cost competitiveness.
