DEPCOM Power is seeking a Portfolio Executive to lead a multi-project portfolio of utility-scale solar PV and BESS across the Midwest. You will drive profitable growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and advance self-perform and subcontracted delivery strategies that create long-term value for customers and DEPCOM.

This senior role offers Scottsdale, AZ or Midwest remote work with up to 50% travel. VISA sponsorship is not available. Relocation assistance to Scottsdale is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large EPC portfolios or business units.
• Strong understanding of contracts and negotiations with customers and subcontractors.
• Proven leadership of project management teams.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Oversee multi-project portfolio with budget, forecast, and financial outcomes.
• Manage Project Managers and Senior Project Managers delivering PV and BESS projects.
• Set portfolio construction strategy across self-perform and subcontracted scopes.
• Cultivate long-term customer partnerships and drive repeat business.
• Lead enterprise-scale transformation initiatives to improve delivery performance.
• Mentor team members and foster skill development.
• Represent DEPCOM at industry events and with customers.
