Job summary

DEPCOM Power, Inc. is hiring a Portfolio Executive for the Midwest. This role leads a multi-project portfolio of utility-scale solar PV and BESS projects, delivering profitable growth and superior outcomes. Travel up to 50% is required, with relocation support to Scottsdale, AZ if needed.

The role requires EPC leadership, P&L ownership, and the ability to drive transformation across self-perform and subcontracted delivery models to maximize value for customers and the company.

Qualifications

• EPC experience across project lifecycle.
• P&L responsibility for large portfolios (> $100M).
• Proven leadership of Project Management teams.
• Strong business acumen in contracts and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Own profit and loss for a multi-project portfolio, including budget, forecast, and financial outcomes.
• Oversee multiple Project Managers delivering PV and BESS projects through self-perform and subcontracted execution models.
• Set portfolio construction strategy balancing internal capabilities, cost, schedule, quality, and risk.
• Lead monthly and quarterly portfolio reviews with customers and partners.
