Job summary

DEPCOM Power, part of Koch Engineered Solutions, seeks a Portfolio Executive for the Midwest to lead a multi-project solar PV and energy storage portfolio, drive profitability, and partner with customers to deliver value. Based in Scottsdale or remotely within the Midwest, this role supports self-perform and subcontracted delivery models with up to 50% travel.

Leadership of Project Managers, strategic execution, and a focus on continuous improvement are essential.

Qualifications

EPC experience with a deep understanding of project lifecycle phases (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, closeout).
Proven P&L responsibility for large portfolios or business units (>$100M).
Experience leading PM teams and mentoring senior staff.
Strong business economics, contracts, and negotiations with customers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

Lead portfolio P&L and budget/forecast management for multiple PV and BESS projects.
Direct multiple Project Managers and Senior Project Managers delivering complex projects.
Set portfolio construction strategy across self-perform and subcontracted scopes.
Cultivate long-term customer partnerships and drive repeat business.
Mentor teams and enable high-impact performance across delivery functions.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives.
