Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch company, is hiring a Portfolio Executive for the Midwest region to lead a multi-project portfolio of utility-scale solar PV and BESS projects. You will develop high-performing teams, strengthen customer partnerships, and advance self-perform and subcontracted delivery strategies that create long-term value for customers and DEPCOM.

This role may be based in DEPCOM's Scottsdale, AZ office or remotely within the Midwest.

Qualifications

• EPC experience with deep understanding of project lifecycle phases (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning).
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility for large portfolios or business units.
• Proven leadership of Project Management teams and senior staff development.
• Strong business economics, contracts, and negotiations experience with customers and subcontractors.
• Construction acumen: assess constructability, sequencing, productivity, risk, and cost.
• Strategic thinking to transform business processes for efficiency and innovation.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-project portfolio with budget, forecast, and financial outcomes.
• Lead Project Managers and Senior Project Managers delivering PV and BESS projects through self-perform and subcontracted models.
• Set portfolio construction strategy across self-perform and subcontracted scopes.
• Cultivate long-term customer partnerships and drive repeat business.
• Lead transformative change to improve delivery performance, cost competitiveness, and customer value.
• Mentor team members and enable high-impact performance aligned with goals.
• Represent DEPCOM at industry events and manage stakeholder engagement.
