Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a Portfolio Executive to lead a multi-project solar PV and BESS portfolio across the Midwest. You will drive profitable growth, embrace transformational change, and mentor teams to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.

You will oversee project managers with self-perform and subcontracted delivery, set execution strategy, and strengthen customer partnerships while advancing cost, schedule, and risk management across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• EPC experience covering engineering, procurement, construction, and project closeout.
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility for large portfolios or business units.
• Proven leadership of Project Management teams and mentoring senior staff.
• Strong business economics, contracts, and negotiations experience with customers and subs.
• Technical construction acumen including constructability, sequencing, and cost/schedule risk.
• Strategic thinking to transform processes for efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-project portfolio with full profit and loss responsibility.
• Oversee Project Managers delivering PV and BESS projects via self-perform and subcontracted models.
• Set portfolio construction strategy balancing internal capabilities, cost, schedule, and risk.
• Cultivate long-term customer partnerships and drive repeat business.
• Drive enterprise-scale transformation in processes and technology adoption.
