Koch Business Solutions, LP, on behalf of DEPCOM Power, seeks a Portfolio Executive for the Midwest region to lead a multi-project PV and BESS portfolio with full P&L responsibility. Based in Scottsdale, AZ or remote within the Midwest, it requires up to 50% travel, relocation assistance, and no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• EPC experience across full project lifecycle.
• P&L responsibility for portfolios over $100M.
• Leadership of Project Management teams.

Responsabilités

• Own portfolio of PV and BESS projects with P&L oversight.
• Oversee multiple PMs delivering complex projects via self-perform and subcontractors.
• Set portfolio construction strategy balancing cost, schedule, quality and risk.
• Foster long-term customer partnerships and drive repeat business.
• Lead transformational changes to improve delivery performance and efficiency.
• Mentor teams and drive talent development.
