Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a Portfolio Executive to lead a multi-project portfolio of utility-scale solar and energy storage in the Midwest. You will drive profitability, transform delivery, and build high-performing teams while strengthening customer partnerships.

The role requires up to 50% travel, may be based in Scottsdale or remotely within the Midwest, and relocation assistance is available. Visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing EPC projects from design to closeout.
• Proven P&L responsibility for large portfolios or business units.
• Leadership of project management teams and mentoring senior staff.
• Strong understanding of economics, contracts, and negotiations with customers and subs.
• Technical construction acumen including evaluation of constructability and risk.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide portfolio leadership with full P&L responsibility for multiple projects.
• Oversee Project Managers delivering PV and BESS projects via self-perform and subcontracted models.
• Set portfolio construction strategy aligning methods with cost, schedule, quality, and risk.
• Develop and sustain long-term customer partnerships and repeat business.
• Lead transformation initiatives to improve delivery performance and cost competitiveness.
• Mentor teams and drive continuous talent development across the portfolio.
