Job summary

DEPCOM Power is seeking a Portfolio Executive to lead a multi-project portfolio of utility-scale solar PV and BESS in the Midwest. You will drive profitability, transform project delivery, and build high-performing teams while strengthening customer partnerships.

This role requires up to 50% travel, with relocation support to Scottsdale, AZ and no visa sponsorship. Proven leadership of PM teams and strong execution skills are essential.

Qualifications

• EPC experience across engineering design, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout.
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility for portfolios or business units exceeding $100 million.
• Proven leadership of Project Management teams and mentoring senior staff.
• Strong business economics, contracts, and negotiations with customers and subcontractors.
• Technical construction acumen to evaluate constructability, sequencing, productivity, and risk.
• Strategic thinking to transform processes for efficiency and innovation.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide portfolio leadership with full profit and loss responsibility for a multi-project portfolio.
• Oversee multiple Project Managers delivering PV and BESS projects through self-perform and subcontracted execution.
• Set portfolio construction strategy aligning with cost, schedule, quality and risk.
• Lead transformational changes in processes and technology adoption to improve delivery.
• Mentor team members and foster high-impact performance.
• Represent the portfolio in customer and industry engagements.
