Job summary

DEPCOM Power, part of Koch Engineered Solutions, seeks a Portfolio Executive to lead a Midwest portfolio of utility-scale solar PV and BESS projects. You will drive profitable growth, assemble high-performing teams, and partner with customers to deliver self-perform and subcontracted projects across the region.

The role includes up to 50% travel, relocation support to Scottsdale, AZ, and visas not available.

Qualifications

• EPC experience with design, procurement, construction and closeout.
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility for large portfolios or business units.
• Proven leadership of Project Management teams and mentoring senior staff.
• Strong understanding of contracts and negotiations with customers and subcontractors.
• Technical construction acumen for evaluating constructability and execution methods.
• Experience transforming business processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Full profit and loss responsibility for a multi-project portfolio, including budget and forecast.
• Oversee multiple Project Managers delivering PV and BESS projects through self-perform and subcontracted execution.
• Set portfolio construction strategy across self-perform and subcontracted scopes.
• Cultivate long-term customer partnerships and drive repeat business.
• Lead enterprise-scale transformation initiatives to improve delivery performance.
• Provide guidance across engineering, procurement, construction, quality, and EH&S teams.
• Represent DEPCOM and Koch at events and in the broader energy marketplace.
