Talkiatry is a physician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering 100% remote outpatient care. You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, manage medications, and provide psychoeducation within established clinical standards.

Strong emphasis on autonomy, flexible scheduling, and a robust support system. We seek a PMHNP-BC with 3+ years of post-graduate experience, licensed to practice, and comfortable in a telepsychiatry model.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care with standard session lengths.
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans and manage medications.
• Deliver psychoeducation and supportive therapy within clinical standards.
• Operate in a fully remote telepsychiatry model with in-house support.
