Talkiatry is seeking an experienced PMHNP for 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care. You will lead comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage medications within an integrated care model with scheduling and billing support.

The ideal candidate holds PMHNP-BC, an active license, and at least 3 years of post-graduate experience in outpatient settings. Flexible scheduling, strong clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to practice in a fully remote telepsychiatry model are

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC in good standing
• Active unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority
• Minimum 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care including evaluations, treatment planning and medication management
• Proficient in documenting care using electronic medical records
• Strong clinical judgment and clear communication; collaborative team-based approach
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Perform medication management and psychoeducation for patients
• Coordinate care within an integrated in-house referral network
