Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering 100% remote outpatient care. This PMHNP-BC role emphasizes clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and a balanced patient mix with comprehensive support for scheduling, billing, and licensing.

The position targets PMHNPs with 3+ years of post-graduate experience, skilled in evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, and psychoeducation, operating in a fully remote telepsychiatry model with employer-paid benefits.

Formación

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC with active, unrestricted license.
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as PMHNP.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care (evaluations, treatment planning, meds).
• Proficient in EMRs and diagnostic documentation.
• Committed to evidence-based practice and continuous development.
• Comfort working in a fully remote telepsychiatry model.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care.
• Conduct 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
• Manage lower to moderate acuity patient populations.
• Collaborate with in-house psychiatrists and therapists.
• Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.
