Talkiatry, a clinician-led virtual psychiatry practice, is seeking an experienced PMHNP-BC for fully remote outpatient care. You will control your schedule and patient population, with full operational support including scheduling, billing, and licensing.

You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide medication management, all within established clinical standards. This role emphasizes evidence-based practice and professional development.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC with unrestricted license.
• Minimum 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as PMHNP.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care including evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
• Proficiency using EMR to document care accurately and efficiently.
• Comfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning.
• Perform medication management within established protocols.
• Collaborate with in-house referral network of psychiatrists and therapists.
• Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and patient safety.
