Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering 100% remote outpatient care. As an experienced PMHNP, you will deliver comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management with minimal administrative burden.

We provide employer-paid malpractice coverage, comprehensive insurance, a 401(k) with match, PTO, CME support, and licensing assistance. Full-time and part-time W-2 roles available with on-target earnings of $180k–$215k+.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with unrestricted license.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care in telepsychiatry.
• Proficiency using electronic medical records to document care accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning.
• Manage medication in collaboration with the in-house team.
• Document care and maintain high quality standards.
