Job summary

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, fully remote outpatient psychiatry practice offering predictable W-2 compensation and benefits. This role centers on experienced PMHNPs who control their schedule, session structure, and patient population within established clinical standards.

You will provide 100% remote psychiatric care, managing lower to moderate acuity cases, including evaluations, treatment planning and medication management, with full operational support and an in-house referral network.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC with active US license.
• Minimum 3 years post-graduate PMHNP experience.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care.
• Proficient in EMR documentation.
• Comfort with fully remote telepsychiatry.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning.
• Perform medication management for patients.
• Deliver psychoeducation and supportive therapy.
• Collaborate with in-house referral network of psychiatrists and therapists.
• Maintain documentation using EMR and support licensing.
