Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering remote outpatient care. This role targets PMHNPs with at least 3 years of post‑graduate experience, providing 100% remote care with autonomy over schedule and patient population.

You will work within an integrated care model, supported by in-house scheduling, billing, and licensing teams. Compensation is competitive, with full benefits and a W‑2 employment structure.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP with autonomous practice authority
• Minimum 3 years post‑graduate PMHNP experience, outpatient
• Experience conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management
• Psychoeducation and supportive therapy experience
• Comfort delivering care in a fully remote telepsychiatry model
• Proficient EMR documentation and collaboration within a care team

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and create treatment plans
• Manage medications and monitor responses
• Deliver psychoeducation and supportive therapy
• Coordinate with in-house psychiatrists and therapists
• Handle scheduling and care coordination within clinical standards
