Job summary

Talkiatry is a clinician‑led, virtual psychiatry practice offering 100% remote outpatient care for PMHNPs. You’ll control your schedule and patient population with full operational support, including scheduling and billing.

Expect competitive W-2 compensation, comprehensive benefits, and strong clinical autonomy. Ideal candidates have 3+ years post‑grad PMHNP experience, an active PMHNP‑BC license, and comfort delivering outpatient psychiatry via telemedicine.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC required.
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
• Minimum 3 years post-graduate PMHNP experience in outpatient care.
• Experience delivering comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning and med management.
• Proficient in psychoeducation and supportive therapy.
• Comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model.
• Proficient EMR documentation and clear, collaborative communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care.
• Manage lower to moderate acuity patient populations (anxiety, depression, etc.).
• Conduct 60‑min intakes and 30‑min follow‑ups per session structure.
• Coordinate care with in-house psychiatrists and therapists.
• Maintain clinical autonomy while following established standards.
• Utilize scheduling, billing, intake coordination and licensing support.
