Talkiatry is a clinician-led, fully remote outpatient psychiatry practice offering predictable W-2 compensation and benefits. This role emphasizes control over schedule and patient population with minimal administrative burden, supported by in-house scheduling, billing, and licensing teams.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years post-graduate PMHNP experience, PMHNP-BC certification, and an autonomous, evidence-based practice approach within a telepsychiatry model.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning and medication management.
• Psychoeducation and supportive therapy.
• Comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model.
• Proficiency using electronic medical records to document care accurately.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care.
• Lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD).
• Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow-ups).
• Integrated care model with in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists.
• Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.
