Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering 100% remote outpatient care. This PMHNP role provides predictable W-2 compensation, benefits, and control over schedule, session structure, and patient population.

Ideal candidates hold PMHNP-BC, have an unrestricted license, 3+ years of outpatient experience, and are proficient with EMRs. In-house scheduling, billing support, and a referral network support daily practice. On-target earnings reach $180k–$215k+ annually.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with active license.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care in a fully remote setting.
• Proficiency using electronic medical records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care with standard session lengths.
• Develop and implement treatment plans, conduct evaluations, and manage medications.
• Collaborate with in-house psychiatrists and therapists; participate in team-based care.
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards and documentation requirements.
