Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering remote outpatient care. We are seeking an experienced PMHNP-BC to perform comprehensive evaluations, create treatment plans, and manage medications in a fully remote model with in-house scheduling, billing, and licensing support.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience, autonomous practice authority, and comfort delivering care via telepsychiatry. Earn $180k–$215k+ OTE with benefits.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC with autonomous practice authority
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care and medication management
• Comfort with telepsychiatry and remote care

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatment planning
• Medication management and psychoeducation
• Collaborate with in-house psychiatrists and therapists
• Minimal administrative burden and full operational support
