Job summary

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering outpatient, fully remote care. You will conduct 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups for lower to moderate acuity conditions, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning and medication management.
• Comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry-based model.
• Proficiency using electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficiently.
• Strong clinical judgment and collaborative, team-based approach.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care.
• Lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD).
• Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow-ups).
• No inpatient or crisis coverage; integrated care with in-house referral network.
