Job summary

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, fully remote outpatient psychiatry practice designed to combine hospital-level coordination with private practice autonomy.

We are seeking experienced PMHNPs with a board certification to deliver outpatient care, conduct evaluations, create treatment plans, and manage medications in a telepsychiatry model with in-house support.

Compensation includes predictable W-2 with benefits and total earnings of $180k–$215k+, plus licensing support, CME days, and more.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC with active license.
• Minimum 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care with evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
• Familiar with telepsychiatry and EMR systems.
• Strong clinical judgment and collaborative team approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning.
• Manage medications and follow-up visits.
• Coordinate with in-house psychiatry and therapy teams.
• Maintain documentation in electronic health records.
