Talkiatry is seeking an experienced PMHNP for a fully remote outpatient psychiatry role. You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage medications within an integrated care model supported by scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing teams.

The position offers predictable W-2 compensation, full benefits, and control over schedule and patient population, with a target on earnings around $180k–$215k+ annually.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC with autonomous practice authority.
• 3+ years post-graduate PMHNP clinical experience in outpatient settings.
• Experience delivering comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning.
• Manage medications and coordinate with in-house psychiatrists and therapists.
• Maintain clinical documentation with EMR and collaborate with care team.
