Talkiatry is recruiting an experienced PMHNP-BC for 100% remote outpatient psychiatry. You will shape patient care, conduct evaluations, plan treatments, and manage medications with strong clinical judgment in a collaborative, telepsychiatry setting.

Enjoy autonomy over schedule and patient population, with employer-paid coverage and a robust benefits package. Earn $180k–$215k+ on a W-2, with support for licensing and CME.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC with active, unrestricted license.
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as PMHNP.
• Outpatient psychiatric care experience including evaluations and med management.
• Psychoeducation and supportive therapy experience.
• Comfort working in a fully remote telepsychiatry model.
• Proficient documentation in EMR/EHR systems.
• Strong clinical judgment and collaborative, team-based approach.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatment planning.
• Medication management and ongoing follow-ups.
• Collaborate with in-house psychiatrists and therapists.
• Manage scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.
