Talkiatry, a clinician-led virtual psychiatry practice, seeks an experienced PMHNP-BC to join its fully remote outpatient model. You will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage medications for lower to moderate acuity cases, with flexible scheduling and minimal administrative burden.

This W-2 role offers full-time or part-time options, with onboarding earnings of $180k–$215k+.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC required.
• Active, unrestricted Florida license with autonomous practice authority.
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care and documentation in EMR.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create treatment plans.
• Medication management and psychoeducation.
• Flexible scheduling with minimal administrative burden.
